RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative

Our client in the Etobicoke area is gearing up for their busy season and looking to hire several RIBO licensed CSRs to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Be responsive to existing customer requests through our inbound contact channels (telephone, email, post, etc.) with a sense of urgency, laser focused and willingness to help
  • Process policy changes requested by the customer in real time with complete follow through
  • Perform front line underwriting to identify risk exposures and provide effective and relevant customer counsel
  • Provide our customer knowledgeable insurance counsel, coverage recommendations and information on client’s product and service offerings
  • Consistently deliver a Positively Unique customer service experience
  • Ensure regulatory compliance is upheld in all file handling and broker customer interactions
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the underwriting rules and guidelines of the companies we represent
  • Be an advocate for the customer while protecting the client’s brand image and all companies we represent
  • Ensure delivery of tasks are in adherence to the client’s brokerage service level agreements
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on timeliness and attendance understanding the impacts to the response time of customer contacts having an overall effect on the customer experience

 

Qualifications:

 

  • RIBO licensed
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer Service / Sales experience
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Personal Lines Insurance experience
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Team Player qualities
  • Works well under pressure
  • Proficiency in typing skills
