Administrative Assistant / Inventory Coordinator

Our client in the Milton area is currently looking to hire a Full-time Inventory coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

For this role we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and very responsible who can keep material confidential if and when needed.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 3pm with overtime


  • Will Assist the Warehouse Manager with Inventory orders and will make corrections and do investigating on errors
  • Attention to detail
  • Data Entry
  • Update Product Entry on a regular basis
  • Comfortable with excel


  • 1-2 years of administration experience
  • University degree preferred
  • Must possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
