Who's behind the name

January 22, 2014 is the day 3 Step Recruitment Inc. went from a dream to reality. Fil Abraham, Director of Business Development and Daniela Vassallo, Director of Recruitment are the 2 individuals behind this organization. The reason Fil and Daniela started their own firm was to be able to provide service to their clients the way they felt was lacking. With great pricing, excellent  candidates, building fantastic relationships, and negotiating on their terms.

Fil and Daniela have been in the industry for a number of years. Each coming from very different backgrounds, each with their own stories to tell and each in very different areas in life at this very moment. Although they may be complete opposites in some aspects, together they make an excellent duo with the same goals in mind. They came together with one purpose; to change this industry as it is seen today.

Daniela and Fil both have assisted clients in expanding their businesses, work with clients one on one on budgets, hiring goals and provide guidance and assistance where needed. 3 Step Recruitment is owned by two women who do not sit back and just wait. They are both hands on and and each take their knowledge and understanding of the industry and make sure they come out on top.
